The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has been turning heads the past few days during her whirlwind European tour, and the brunette beauty stunned once more at the Vogue 100 Gala Dinner in an ultra-sheer, embroidered gown.
The mother of two certainly left little to the imagination in her skin-baring, "naked" dress, which she complemented with a khaki belt, platform sandals, neutral makeup and slicked-back hair.
Kim attended the event at London's Kensington Gardens with husband Kanye West, who stuck to all black to allow his wife's racy look to steal the spotlight.
