The musician's dress, in all its over sized glory, just didn't do the talent, well she's wasn't the only one guilty of dressing badly to the Gala, see some other stars that made it into the category.

Alicia Vikander; take Alicia Vikander for example, her Louis Vuitton ensemble was an interesting choice. She looked Tomb Raider-chic, but the intense goth-like heeled boots take the already complex dress to a place of no return.

Louis Parker; The model's dress loosely (big emphasis on loosely) resembles something Twiggy might have worn. It's the stringy embellishments and faux collar that make it a miss for this red carpet.

The Brooklyn actress took a classic silhouette and gave it some major shoulder—in the form of many feathers. 

Although the theme called for futuristic garments, Liberty chose to rewind the clock and ended up in the '20s.

Sarah Jessica Parker; SJP rocked some gorgeous Manolos, but her pants and duster combination didn't quite seal the deal.W

Demi Lovato; Demi looks amazing, but her statuesque gold, silver, yellow and black number needed more of a focus.

Kate Mara;Although it's short and sweet, Kate's LBD didn't hold a candle to all the innovative gowns on the red carpet.
