Five able bodied young men have been caught defiling an 8 years old girl at an uncompleted building near Relief market Owerri.
These sex starved hooligans lured their victim and took turns on the
girl who is said to be a sachet water hawker within that business area. Luck ran out of them when they were caught by residents and passersby.
